CHILDREN and SpiritFire? YES!
Yes, families with children are a welcome part of the SpiritFire community. Many of our staff and presenters are parents, and the past few years we have watched our young population grow steadily! So please know that we welcome your children as part of our community. We generally set aside a special area near the fire circle where your child (age 3-11) can sleep, hang, and be safe during the fires at night. And of course any child who is old enough to understand the responsibilities of behavior in sacred space is welcome at the circle. If you have other questions concerning your child and SpiritFire, please feel free to email us.

The SpiritFire Festival Yahoo group is a place where you will find announcements, can connect with other festival goers you met or will meet, announce other fire circle rituals, and engage in wonderful discussions about the nature of what we do around the fire. It is a great way to get a sense of each other before ever stepping on site! You will need a Yahoo ID and password, and then will need to add the festival newsgroup to your groups. See you there!
