Vendor Information![]() Vending spaces are no charge for one 10 X 10 to 10 X 20 space. If you require more than this for your wares, you may pay a $25 fee for each additional 10X10 space. You may camp at your merchant space if you wish. All vendors are required to have adequate cover for their items; we recommend something that includes protection from the rain. All vendors must register as participants for the festival. When you do, make sure you send an email with your name and registration confirmation number, along with a name for your booth, a description of what you are selling, and a photo if you'd like one on the web site to jeanette@spiritfirefestival.org as soon as your registration is paid and confirmed. We will list your booth on the Vendors area of the SpiritFire web site so that attendees will know what to expect ahead of time, and you get some advance advertising! As a merchant you can choose to accept any kind of currency you are comfortable with. We will not be providing a phone line on site, so check and credit card transactions are at your own risk. Barter is also another popular form of festival currency, and we highly encourage it! We will have staff and volunteers walking through the merchant area during the evening and at night occasionally to check on things, but we cannot be responsible for any damaged or stolen items. Please make sure you will be able to keep an eye on your booth! Often, merchants help one another out by watching each other's booths. Sale of illegal items of any kind is of course not allowed. Merchants and their helpers must be registered for the festival. We reserve the right to accept or deny any application for merchant space for any reason. But we don't anticipate having to do so... |
