Didgeridoos by Robin Hanbridge
As I play the didgeridoo, I enter into a meditative state of consciousness. The mind's chatter stops and breathing, heart rate, and central nervous system all slow down. Playing the didge can be relaxing and healthy for mind-body-spirit, allowing the body to heal itself. My didges are all unique, custom-made instruments; the mouthpieces are formed so that they do not need wax, and each instrument has its own stain color and design, following the shape of the wood.
